Guideline for a Smooth and Enjoyable Experience
24-Hour Cancellation Notice
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations.
Promotional Services
All promotional deals, such as massage and facial combos, must be used during the same visit.
Vouchers
When booking an appointment, please provide any voucher numbers. Vouchers cannot be used for promotional deals.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in the service price and is typically 15-20% of the retail price. Gratuity must be paid in cash.
Punctuality
Please arrive early or on time for your scheduled appointment. To avoid delays for the next client(s), we cannot make up for lost time.
Preparation Time
Expect a brief 5-10 minute wait as clients prepare to leave the room and staff members set up for your treatment.
No-Show Fee
A fee of 50% of the service price will be charged if you fail to show for your appointment.
Health Concerns
Inform your service provider or the receptionist of any medical, physical, or personal concerns before your treatment.
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined for services or product purchases.
Identification
Please carry your I.D. when entering the spa.
